Debra “Deb” Duval is a Brooklyn-based creative consultant, artist, and entrepreneur working at the intersection of music, visual identity, and strategy.Through Vulpes Creative, she partners with artists and creative ventures to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambitious ideas, combining hands-on involvement with the ability to assemble the right creative and technical teams tailored to each project. ​

Deb’s entry into the music industry began in 2021 working alongside David Frangioni, CEO of Modern Drummer, technologist, and longtime collaborator with Aerosmith, KISS, and Ozzy Osbourne. Advancing quickly into project management and creative operations, she contributed to recording studio builds, multimedia productions, royalty and contract management, and artist-facing creative initiatives across music, entertainment, and publishing. She later served as studio administrator and head of marketing for a world-class recording studio in the Cayman Islands.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

After several years working inside high-level creative environments, Deb founded Vulpes Creative to offer that same caliber of strategic oversight and operational support to independent artists and creative projects. Today, her work spans end-to-end album and song releases, brand and visual system development, marketing campaigns, digital presence, and ongoing career management.

Vulpes Creative exists to give artists what they rarely have access to early in their careers: a strategic partner who understands both the creative process and the infrastructure required to support it, providing professional support without claims to commission or ownership, and giving artists back their time to focus on their music.
